1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry and home decor items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
