1. Standard Order Processing

Ready-to-ship items: 2-3 business days
These are items currently in stock and ready for immediate dispatch after order confirmation and payment verification.

2. Custom Order Production Time

Custom jewelry: 7-14 business days
Custom home decor items: 10-21 business days
Production time begins after design approval and full payment confirmation.

3. What Affects Production Time

- Complexity of design and customization

- Current order volume
- Seasonal demand (holidays and special occasions)

4. Rush Orders

Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before placing your order to check availability and pricing for expedited production.

5. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed. For custom orders, we will send design proofs for your approval before beginning production.

6. Production Updates

We will keep you informed about your order status. You can also contact us anytime for updates on your custom order progress.

7. Shipping Time

Production time does not include shipping time. Please refer to our Shipping Terms page for delivery timeframes once your order is dispatched.

8. Delays

While we strive to meet all timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you immediately if any delays occur and provide updated timelines.
